- 1986 – 2000: Operation of “Albert Einstein High School”, Frankfurt am Main / Germany; Expansion from upper secondary level to a full secondary level high school
- 2000 – 2008: Operation of “German European School Singapore” / Singapore as well as expansion to an IB school including all three IBO programs
- 2002: Development of multiple-semester courses for e-Business & Entrepreneurship (web programming skills and management)
- 2006 – 2014: Development and operation of a private technical educating institute for information technology (Hoehere Lehranstalt für Berufstaetige fuer Informationstechnologie) in Schwechat / Austria
- 2007 – 2015: Development and operation of a private-owned University of Applied Sciences for business administration and technology in Schwechat / Austria
- 2008 – 2009: Coordination of German schools abroad for Southeast Asia, Australia, Korea and Japan
- 2008 – 2009: Development of “German School Ho Chi Minh City – International German School” / Vietnam
- 2009 – 2015: Development and establishing operational management of several International Schools, e.g. “Amadeus International School Vienna” / Austria and “European School Ho Chi Minh City” / Vietnam for Nobel Education Group as well as schools in Istanbul / Turkey and China
